ABOUT YOUR DESIGNER
Natalie Fitz is a Chicago-based floral and styling designer whose work bridges the worlds of theatre, interiors, and botanical artistry. Her early years creating scenic design for Chicago theatres taught her to move beyond décor, and instead use light, texture, and space to evoke emotion. That sensibility is at the heart of her floral and styling practice — where every composition is built to shift the atmosphere.
Over the past two years she has immersed herself in the interior design industry — working as a design assistant and stylist with leading Chicago studios including Donna Mondi Interiors, Alida Coury Interiors, and Elizabeth Krueger Design. Her portfolio includes contributions to the 2024 Lake Forest Showhouse, a styling collaboration for Project Interiors (featured in Designers Today magazine), and recent floral styling for Purpose Earth’s immersive “Bloom” dinning experience.
Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Production, Design & Technology (with a focus in Scenic Design) and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago. That educational foundation gives her work a unique blend of visual drama and business-savvy insight.
